Equipment Structure:
The CNC gantry flange plate sheet drilling machine is mainly constituted by a bed worktable, a movable gantry, a movable sliding saddle, a drilling and milling power head, an automatic lubrication system, a protective mechanism, a circulating cooling device, a numerical control system, and an electrical system. Machine Bed and Workbench:

Two sets of high-precision linear guides are installed on either side of the bed base. The gantry drilling and marking machine drive system adopts AC servo motors combined with precision ball screw assemblies to implement double-sided drive, which facilitates the gantry’s smooth movement along the Y-axis. Mobile Gantry
The CNC mobile gantry is fabricated from gray cast iron (HT250). Two rolling linear guides with ultra-high load-bearing capacity are mounted on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screws, in conjunction with a servo motor, enables the power head slide plate to move along the X-axis; the drilling power head is installed on this power head slide plate. The movement of the gantry is realized through a servo motor, which—via a precision coupling—drives the ball screw nut to rotate on the ball screw, thereby initiating the gantry’s motion.
