Product Introduction:
It is suitable for CNC processing of the web surface of channel steel, both flanges of angle steel, and flat steel (which can be formed into arcs), encompassing marking, punching, and shearing operations. It offers high machining precision, rapid punching performance, and elevated production efficiency. The system is capable of accommodating large-scale production of components, as well as small-batch, multi-variety manufacturing during new product development. Each stage is equipped with a push-button station for single-operator loading and clamping procedures.

Equipment Composition:

1. Feeding Device:

2. Feeding Channel:
2.1 Designed to support and convey workpieces of varying specifications.
2.2 Constructed from support rollers, channel brackets, racks, and related components.
3. CNC Feeding Trolley:
3.1 Utilized to securely clamp workpiece blanks and feed them along the X-axis for CNC processing.
3.2 The CNC feeding trolley is composed of a frame, gears, cylinders, servo motors, and a robotic arm, among other elements.
3.3 Driven by a servo motor, the CNC feeding trolley enables precise longitudinal positioning of the workpiece.

4.A-side CNC punching machine:
4.1 Composed of machine body, base, transmission mechanism, main punching hydraulic cylinder, die changing system, die, and pressure device.
4.2 A cylinder pushes a pad to select different dies for punching; die changing is rapid.
4.3 The workpiece is fed along the X-axis, and the punching die moves along the A-axis, driven by a servo motor. Then, the die changing system sequentially changes punches of different hole diameters to complete the machining of one side of the angle steel workpiece.
5.B-side CNC punching machine:
5.1 Composed of machine body, transmission mechanism, main punching hydraulic cylinder, die changing system, die, and pressure device.
5.2 The workpiece is fed along the X-axis, and the punching die moves along the Y-axis, driven by a servo motor. Then, the die changing system sequentially changes punches of different hole diameters to complete the processing of the web of channel steel, one side of angle steel, and the upper hole of flat steel.
5.3 A cylinder pushes a pad to select different dies for punching; die changing is rapid.

6.Shearing Machine:
6.1 Shears workpieces to the required length.
6.2 Consists of machine body, shearing die, and shearing cylinder, etc.
7.Discharge Channel:
7.1 The discharge channel is used to hold the workpieces after punching and shearing.
7.2 The discharge channel consists of channel support, support rollers, cylinder, etc.
7.3 After punching and shearing, the workpieces are manually pushed to the unloading position and manually controlled by the tilting cylinder for unloading.
8.Hydraulic System:
8.1 Composed of a control unit, drive hydraulic station, and other auxiliary units.
8.2 Control Unit: Includes hydraulic components controlling each punching and shearing machine, pressure safety devices, etc.
