Product Features:
1. The workpiece is held and fed by CNC feeding carriage with high positioning accuracy. CNC feeding carriage is driven by servo motor with photoelectric encoder feedback, closed-loop control.
2. The angle punching machine line hydraulic system provides power for punching, typing, and shearing. A high-speed hydraulic station with an accumulator is used, and the hydraulic lines utilize ferrule-type connections, which are leak-proof and easy to replace and maintain. The main hydraulic valve blocks are all Atos brand, ensuring a stable and efficient hydraulic system.
3. The cooling system of the hydraulic station includes water cooling, air cooling or oil chiller. Customers can choose the cooling method according to actual conditions.
4. The control system is mainly composed of upper computer, PLC, servo motor, external detection switch etc. The operator only needs to input processing requirements, the processing program can be automatically generated, it can also read DXF, NC and other processing files generated by lofting software. The man-machine interface display of the upper computer software is intuitive, and the operation is simple. lt can realize the function of work piece graph display, large amount of data storage, location data display, fault alarm and so on.
5. The workpiece is clamped and fed by the CNC feeding carriage, which delivers high positioning precision. The CNC feeding carriage is powered by a servo motor, equipped with photoelectric encoder feedback functionality and adopts a closed-loop control mechanism to ensure stable and accurate operation.
