2. Centering Device
This device is outfitted with five sets of centering and positioning mechanisms, wherein the two centering blocks are synchronously driven and guided by high-precision guide rails. During operational cycles, the air cylinder activates the two pairs of centering blocks to move toward one another, achieving accurate centering and secure clamping of the sheet material. Its linear positioning functionality ensures that width deviations are uniformly distributed on both sides of the sheet, maintaining consistent processing precision throughout production.

3. X-axis Main Clamp Feeding Device: 2 Sets
This beam punching machine line is composed of a servo motor, precision reducer, floating hydraulic clamp, precision linear guide rail, precision rack, and support structures. The servo motor delivers power to drive the helical gear into rotation via the precision reducer, and further converts rotational motion into linear motion through the rack mechanism. Under the guidance of the precision linear slide rail, the feeding components perform accurate feeding operations, ensuring precise and stable conveyance of sheet materials. The feeding clamp adopts a floating structural design, which provides strong adaptability to slightly warped sheet materials. It features high clamping force, reliable clamping performance, and consistent operational stability.
The CNC punching line dedicated to automotive longitudinal beam flat plates adopts a push-pull clamping configuration. The clamping mechanism secures the middle segments at both ends of the longitudinal beam. This clamping method ensures reliable fixation of flat plates with edge-height deviations.
