Production Line Equipment Composition Introduction
Process Flow: Longitudinal beam preliminary preparation → Longitudinal beam electromagnetic automatic feeding → Longitudinal material automatic positioning → Tail-end clamping and auxiliary clamping → Workpiece entry into punching main machine for processing → Feeding-end clamping, auxiliary clamping and processing → Completion of punching → Electromagnetic automatic unloading of workpieces
The processing method adopts a filter-type design, which means the longitudinal beam only performs forward feeding during the punching operation.
1. Longitudinal Beam Load-Bearing Electric Trolley:
The trolley can be controlled via button operation to move out of the production line. After receiving the pallets lifted by a crane, it will travel back to the material loading position;
The load-bearing capacity of the trolley is no less than 20 tons, and its travel stroke is 1.5 meters.
2. Automatic Feeding Device with Electromagnetic Suction Cup
The device is composed of a bracket, a moving beam and its driving mechanism, a suction cup beam and lifting mechanism, a suction cup control system, and other components;
A plate detection rod is mounted on the suction cup beam, which enables automatic stopping when reaching the plate height. It can also detect the presence of plates and whether the plates are properly adsorbed, ensuring stable and reliable operation;
The lifting and lowering of the suction cup beam are guided by guide rods to guarantee synchronous lifting; the moving beam features excellent rigidity, and its front-and-rear movement is guided by guide rails to ensure synchronization at both ends;
The electromagnetic suction cup maintains electromagnetic force in the power-off state and achieves reverse demagnetization when energized, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
